Today I've decided to post a sexy little snippet from book currently under consideration with The Wild Rose Press. Last I heard the Champagne editor was sending it to a Scarlet editor. Apparently my partial makes her wonder if it's an erotic. I don't think so, but it does have its moments. So I thought I'd post one.
His voice lowered. “Are you alone?”
“Yes.” The words left her mouth low and breathy and way too honest. His provocative tone, the need in his voice, pulled all rational thought from her brain.
She should end this now.
“Are you on the bed?”

And the rest is, well, if not history, a published ebook!) And btw, if you are lucky enough to land with Trish Owens at Scarlet, you'll have one of the best editors in the biz!And, as an added attraction, Scarlet sells better than any other Wild Rose line.) She said I may get the full request from them first. I'm DYING to know where they would end up putting it. It's definitely got its moments, but I'm not sure it's entirely an erotic.
